Hiria OTTINO
Hiria Ottino attended a double university course in Chinese medicine and anthropology in China and France.
He worked for the UN World Food Program before being appointed Representative of French Polynesia in Beijing, then Advisor in charge of international relations for the presidency of French Polynesia.
Between 2007 and 2008 he left for a time Tahiti to focus on the French online version of People's Daily.
In 2010, with the support of the President of the Assembly of French Polynesia, he built O Tahiti Nui Freedom, a Polynesian sailing and sailing canoe, and retraced in 123 days the migration of Polynesia: Tahiti, Cook, Tonga, Fiji, Solomon, Papua New Guinea, Palau, Philippines and China, where they are welcomed in the best conditions.
In 2014, at the 60th anniversary of the Public Diplomacy of the People 's Republic of China, he is one of nine people to be cited by the CPAFFC.
